Jira Integration - handle Custom Required Fields

The current Jira Integration implementation does not work when the issue type has a required custom field, making the Integration redundant.

You can use the following API endpoints to discover the required fields and use these to ask the user to make their selection, so you are able to send a complete and successful Create Issue.

    We’ve just released a new version of the Currents Dashboard today that includes any custom required fields when creating a new Jira issue using our integration.

    There is a corresponding Jira App update, version 3.x, that also adds user:read scoped permissions in case your required field is a people type field, so we can present a user selector in the dashboard.
